About the eWedding List

The great thing about being in your late twenties is celebrating the many weddings of your friends and family. I found, however, that our after dinner conversation would often turn to the frustrations of the modern wedding list and the norms that we have come to accept.

My now sister-in-law was struggling to find a wedding list where she could list 'non department store' items such as Rayburn pans and garden furniture. She wanted her guests to have the freedom to choose where to shop and avoid the premium prices and postage fees that are sometimes charged.

Before we knew it, the e-weddinglist website was born!

Now, due to get married myself next summer, I am listening carefully to the needs of the brides and grooms using our system and particularly to their guests so that we can make this system the very best it can be. There are feedback forms in both login areas and we encourage you let us know what you think. So far the feedback has been really positive and we have taken suggestions on board and added new features.

The e-weddinglist is completely free for wedding guests, instead there is a small, one off, payment for the bride and groom to set up their wedding list. This is required to cover the costs of developing and running the system. We hope that the e-weddinglist represents good value for our brides and grooms with many new features being added all the time and readily available email support.

Please use to the contact form to contact me and I will respond quickly to your questions.
